Natalie has extensive Sales Administration, Office Management and accounts experience. Her current qualifications include a Certificate III in Business Administration, Real Estate Sales Representative & Property Manager registration and successful completion of the REST Professionals Bookkeepers Training Course (REST is the trust accounting software used by Crest Residential).
Her attention to detail is second to none, with the methodical systems she has in place ensuring that the job gets done on time, every time.
Natalie started her career in real estate in 2009 as a bookkeeper and sales administrator, where she introduced Best Practice procedures to ensure the office ran as smoothly as possible. She decided to obtain her Sales and Property Management Registration so that she would have a better understanding of the many laws and regulations involved with real estate transactions, and therefore provide a better service for clients.
Natalie particularly enjoys working in property management and has a great working relationship with both Owners and Tenants.
